Refund Policy  
We have a specific return policy for products that were received in damaged or defective condition by you or a wrong product can be refunded. Please get back to us within 24 hours of receiving the item to request a return in case the product received is damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please note, we would need pictures and videos of the damaged product, which will then be evaluated by us and if approved, we will initiate the refund & full refund is issued as soon as the return package is picked up from the customer’s place.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@whatsinmytrunk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

An order can only be canceled before it has been shipped.

In case of refunds, Please note that a 5% transaction charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case, you receive a damaged item, the shipping will be arranged by us; without any shipping cost to the customer, which will be then delivered to the seller.

Please note, the products purchased by you from the Thrift store on our website are extra-loved items and are bound to have some signs of wear and tear. This will not be considered damage.
