SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

We deliver our products Pan India through partnerships with various shipping providers to ensure convenient and punctual delivery.

Our shipping charges are as follows:
- For products with a value less than INR 500.00, there is a shipping fee of INR 70.00.
- For products valued at INR 500.00 or more, there are no shipping charges for the buyer, as the seller covers all shipping costs.

If you opt for Cash on Delivery (COD), a fee of INR 100.00 will be applied to the buyer's order. We recommend making online payments to avoid the INR 100.00 COD charge.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At the moment, we are providing our services exclusively in India, and in the near future, we have plans to extend our operations to international markets as well.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER

Standard orders typically have a delivery time of approximately 3-4 days from the dispatch date. Customized orders require a minimum of 4-7 days for preparation, followed by an additional 3-4 days for delivery from the dispatch date. 3. To review the items in your shopping cart, click on the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. You can remove items from your cart using the 'REMOVE FROM BASKET' link.

4. To finalize your order, click 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE.' This will guide you through the process of providing your details and choosing your preferred payment method.

HOW CAN I CANCEL Or CHANGE MY ORDER?

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Exploring our collection is open to all without the requirement of creating an account. You are free to browse and select the items you desire. However, in order to make a purchase, you will need to establish an account, a straightforward process.

By registering with us, you'll gain access to various advantages through your WhatsInMyTrunk Shop account, including:

- Tracking your orders and reviewing your previous purchases
- Saving your address and payment card details for a quicker shopping experience in the future
- Managing your account particulars, address book, and email preferences

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming your shipping information along with a tracking number. If you've registered, you can monitor and trace the progress of your shipment by logging in and navigating to 'MY ACCOUNT,' and then selecting 'ORDER STATUS.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

We have a specific return policy for products that were received in damaged or defective condition by you or a wrong product can be refunded. Please get back to us within 24 hours of receiving the item to request a return in case the product received is damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please note, we would need pictures and videos of the damaged product, which will then be evaluated by us and if approved, we will initiate the refund & full refund is issued as soon as the return package is picked up from the customer’s place.

An order can only be canceled before it has been shipped.

In case of refunds, Please note that a 5% transaction charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
